The starting point is Lençóis, from where we start the tour to the largest quartzite cave of Brazil, the "Gruta do Lapão". After a good hour's walk, we are rewarded with a view of the impressive cave's exit, which boasts huge limestone formations. After a short break, it's time to rappel. Each participant can rappel at least twice in the cave. In the labyrinth of caves you can hear the sound of the underground Lapão stream, which continues outside the cave. Then, it's back on the same route for about 50 minutes to Lençóis.
