After breakfast, we set off on foot from the inn to discover the urban beaches of Resende, Tiririca, Costa and Ribeira. Then, we start the trail following a stream with waterfalls and a lot of Atlantic Forest. The trail has some points with a higher degree of difficulty, but it is considered light. We arrive at a small waterfall where we can take a delicious bath. We continued on and, after passing through a stretch of dense forest, we saw the first viewpoint, with a wonderful view for photos. We cross a hill and a coconut grove to reach one of the most beautiful beaches on the northeastern coast: Prainha. In Prainha we can relax and have a delicious coconut water under the shade of coconut trees. Trail snack included.
