The first stop on this tour is Poço Encantado, located one and a half hours by car from Lençois. Once there, you will begin a steep 80m decent that leads to a blue lake, where the clear water makes it possible to see the bottom, 61 meters deep. In order to preserve the beauty of the site, swimming is not permitted. Between the hours of 10:30 and 12:30 from May to September, it is also possible to observe sunrays enter through a hole in the wall creating a truly magical display in the lake’s waters by colouring it various shades of blue. From there the tour continues to Poço Azul where it is possible to swim in the beautiful clear blue water.
