The 4 Praias trail is considered easy to moderate, without major difficulties during most of the stretch, but there are ascents, descents, passages through rocks and stones, and in 2 moments there is a need for the help of a rope to make a descent with greater Difficulty level. Ideal for all ages who are in good physical condition. After breakfast, we leave the inn by car towards the southern beaches (20 minutes). We will take a 25-minute walk along the road through the forest until we reach Engenhoca beach. There, we will start the 1h30min trekking, passing through 4 beaches (Engenhoca, Hawaizinho, Camboa and Itacarezinho), leaving in the middle of the afternoon for the Tijuípe Waterfall, for a delicious bath. Trail snack included.
